Streaming Services Chart Discussion
No most are hoping/enjoying he is past his absolute highs, that is a big difference. It just gets so tiresome to read posters who celebrate the success of say Sweet Melody going to number 1 for one week on the lowest sales for a number 1 in a decade, then decide 1 week at number 1 (potentially) on decent sales is nothing to write home about and a sign Ed is over.

Maybe just maybe Ed made the album he wanted to make, something more personal and if that costs him sales I doubt it matters. He will go from untouchable to just very very successful. He will have huge tours, sell loads of albums, have hits. This forums desperation for him to 'flop' is laughable. Especially seen as on Friday he is about to have his 14th number 1 single. Must be incredibly frustrating to constantly root for him to flop for him to be constantly bigger than Steps or whoever else you will buy 27 copies of and then be out the charts in 2 weeks.

Melanie C • General Discussion
The standard vinyl for the 'Melanie C' album the cardboard was so thin there is no way you could play that regularly and not damage it. Eco friendly is fine but that vinyl feels the cheapest quality I have ever had. I understand why, she wants to keep costs down but the quality of that vinyl oackaging is as basic as it can get. I didn't buy the expensive book thing as the 3 extra vinyls (was it 3?) were just the same songs weren't they?

Why do you feel the need to lie to downplay Ed's success? All artists use all sorts of 'tactics' to chart higher, slowed down/sped up versions, remixes, rent a rapper, adding a collab, cd singles/signed singles, itunes discount, lyric videos, live versions and so on. What you just don't like is despite that most artists aren't anywhere near as successful as Ed.

Spice Girls • All Released Songs, Rarities and Demos Lists
There is no saying it would be stadiums. One of the things I was told when Geri pulled out of Australia is the rain at some of the stadium shows really ruined those dates for her. She had this vision in her head of how these shows would be perfect and her soaking wet through and freezing cold was not in the plan. I think it was Bristol? that was particulary brutal. Big arenas gives them more options as they could tour anywhere any time.

Spice Girls - 'Spiceworld 25'
The online content for SW25 has been great. You have to remember when it comes to views that they are just extras, not going to replicate the views of the original videos. Though some of their original video views are low I mean Too Much is in the low 20m views after 13 years.

Spice Girls • All Released Songs, Rarities and Demos Lists
I was skeptical but Chris said on Spice circle that Mel C wouldn't be releasing an album this year. Cant think why she would delay until 2024 unless there was a big Spice girls pay day to push it back. The Stop video release was the first time the website has been updated since SW25 was released too. A November release of some sort with a coinciding tour would mean we would have an announcement by the end of April I'd expect. Would also maybe nicely time it for Glastonbury 2024 to be the end of it with Victoria.

Spice Girls • All Released Songs, Rarities and Demos Lists
Someone did post on Spice Circle a couple of weeks back the 'project' Mel B was talking about was a proper album of unreleased songs that all 5 are involved in sorting. He gave a Nov 2023 release date, the post was taken down soon after. Have no idea if it is true, though there are rumblings things are back on track in terms of the 4 getting close to signing that tour deal. There is defo a very pro Spice feel on social media this last few weeks, even Geri has been liking insta posts on the official account and they all promoted Stop even down to Emma posting it on her Youtube community.

Spice Girls - Chart Runs & Sales Thread: UK
Do we know anyone who works at Spotify we could ask to mislabel Headlines Wannabe for 10 weeks?

Spice Girls - Chart Runs & Sales Thread: UK
It would just take it taking off for some reason on tiktok or pushed in some way by the girls, though seen as they ignore it that seems highly unlikely.

Official Social Media accounts: Instagram hits 1m+ followers
At least all the extra followers will help things go more viral and hopefully get more attention with future posts.

Official Social Media accounts: Instagram hits 1m+ followers
Don't think it is paid promotion but posts/reels that go viral tend to get added in to timelines as they are popular especially if you have mutual followers who like the post. I got that Mariah Carey reel of her in a halloween costume on a bike then a santa outfit that was crazily popular. Wasn't sponsored but a bit like this is really popular you might like it. People evidently do like the Stop reel as it has 411k likes now as well as the 10.5m views.

Let's hope the Viva Forever alt video is the one because I'd love it to get the attention Stop is now. The Insta reel is now over 10m views and the insta followers is continuing to climb over 1,017,000 now.

Melanie C - 'Reason'
She has defo posted anniversaries of NS and Melanie C, which I have no doubt are the 2 solo albums she is most proud of. Reason is just a bad album, I'm positive Mel recognises this now. Loads of artists have songs/albums of their own they dislike especially with time.

Insta - 975k Twitter - 125k Facebook - 571k Youtube subscribers - 1.19m Tiktok - 436k Their insta has gained 28k since they posted about the Stop video two and a half days ago.

Melanie C - 'Reason'
It really is. Boring and devoid of any personality. People only fawn over the b-sides because most of the album tracks are just bland. She has much better b-sides though like I want you back, Everything must change, Fragile and Already gone. Melanie hasn't even acknowledged its anniversary has she? Which tells you everything, she knows this album is a dud.

It has also pushed their social media number of followers up nicely on insta and tiktok.

S Club: Reunion Discussion
I cant help think this will flop on its arse, is the demand there? The last tour was on a tight budget and didn't sell out and that was the first reunion. This will either go two ways, even smaller budget and be a wimper of comeback (similar to Blue's last tour/album) or Simon throws a bigger budget at it and hopes it can recoup it by attracting casuals. The big problem for S club 7 is they just don't look like popstars anymore. Which is fine when you are doing carfest or some small festival as S club 3 or whatever but is a big problem if you are going on national TV and trying to sell out arenas. Who wants an S club 7 that look like they are out for a drink at your local pub.

It will, I doubt they would remove it from the playlists it is on now and only likely to be added to more.

Spice Girls • Spotify / Apple Music / iTunes / YouTube
I think it will have massive streams this Christmas. It has established itself the last 2 years as a bit of a classic Christmas track now. It got to #8 on their top 10 a couple of years ago, then #2 last year. It is defo growing.

Throwback! Anniversaries of Spice Girls moments
The 5 getting together was nothing to do with the tour. They signed for the annimated movie and with Simon for it. Put out the pic and statement to entice a studio/endorsements. Of course what rolled in was tour offers, recording offers ect which Victoria was having non of and Mel C was still 5 or nothing. They all disagreed and fell out over it (again!) and it was all pretty much dead by early summer. The Wembley offer came in and Mel C finally caved to doing something as a 4. Was much more viable to do more dates than just Wembley and the tour happened. It was basically pure luck the 2019 tour happened. A brief moment where 4 of them agreed on something and took a leap of faith. As we have seen since 2008 that has happened twice in 15 years where they have managed to get to a point of a mutual agreement over an offer to perform. I guess we just have to hope one of the offers that comes in that they endlessly discuss finally 4 or 5 of them actually agree on again.
