Yepp, Amelles sister has confirmed we should be able to hear it in around two weeks time! I love the way they've just kept their heads down, got on with recording for a year and kept it all so secretive!

I wouldn't say the Sugababes have ever had a "Sound" so to speak. Every album has had a change of style, they're always trying to cover new ground, which seems to be what they're doing again for album #8. So excited to hear the track, bring on 2 weeks time!

Amelles sister has just Facebooked me. The single will be heard in around 2 weeks time and is a totally different sound for them, she says it's very good!

Jade: "mmm I'm not sure what I can say other than you guys dont have to wait much longer now.. we're comin for your little butts!"

Jade's back on twitter. "We're back!" she's said. They're presenting an award on the Soap awards on the 14th. She's also confirmed we'll be hearing new music soon. It begins!

Amelle prefers her hair shorter, I guess. Her choice. I think the group look better when one has shorter hair, more dynamic. (If that makes sense.)

The Klas Ahlund rework of "Girls" was featured in the Bonus Material section of Catfights & Spotlights when the CD was put into a computer. It was never actually "Released" or featured as an actual track.

An update on Heidi, Amelle & Jade. http://i52.tinypic.com/2mpjy8h.jpg They've been away in the studio creating a sound for album #8. They have now chosen their first single for this campaign. Amelle hopes we will get to hear some music relitively soon, there should be an announcement in the next couple of months, maybe sooner.

Their voices sound the best they've ever sounded! Really, really good harmonies and nice sound to it!

They announced it on "The Hits" radio last night.

Wear My Kiss was confirmed for the 3rd single, but they have since recorded several new tracks, one of which is called Crash & Burn. They are now considering releasing Crash & Burn instead, and the chosen single will be released in February. I wouldn't post it if it wasn't true, I can assure you.

The next single is now between "Wear My Kiss" & and a newly recorded track called "Crash & Burn". They've also recorded a version of Santa Baby which Island / Universal are keen to get out in time for Christmas. Probably a digital release. Steve.
