Niall becomes the first member of the current One Direction line-up to go solo. It was a battle between Harry, Liam and Niall to see who the first One Direction member to release a debut single would be, and it looks like Niall has won, with his debut single "This Town" released on digital and streaming platforms today (29th September 2016).
"This Town" marks the first new material from Niall since One Direction released their most recent studio album "Made In the A.M." last November, and follows in the footsteps of former member Zayn Malik, who achieved a #1 solo single with "PILLOWTALK" earlier this year.
