Excellent result! Always a joy when my 12 pointer goes on to win (and I think this is the first time I've ever correctly predicted the winner too!) Plus it means we get another pretty contest so it's all good really.
Many thanks to those who voted Halls, really happy that it managed to gain a couple of 12s and some points from countries that are not regular Fljótavík voters also which was lovely to see. Apologies to FSR Rontvia and Zechonia that I couldn't reciprocate the votes, it was close though as you were both the last songs to be knocked out. I think FSR Rontvia in particular were unlucky with the make up of the final as it's the sort of song that I could imagine virtually everyone liking to some extent and, were it not for the roughly 50:50 pop/indie split in the final, would have picked up a fair few more points.
