A much more relaxed new age vibe from our 15 which goes to the blissful offering from Lotunia, lifting their medal tally from us to 1 gold, 2 silvers and 1 bronze. Rounding out our top 3 is our recently (belatedly) revealed #1 country of 2021 Cumulonimbia continuing to bring the bangers with a rather unexpected swerve into Spanish hyperpop, their medal tally from us now stands at 2 golds, 1 silver and 3 bronzes. Our 2nd most pointed country of last year Jadakissnia remain right on their tail picking up 12 points this month also with a hyperpop banger while our 11 goes to some hardcore punk from Utopia. 10 points go to Kathaldazia's techno banger, not quite as great as the previus X CLUB. entry but still an easy highlight, maintaining their run of receiving points from us with every one of their finalists since their comeback. 9 points go to the odyssey of an entry from FSR Rontvia which proved to be a big grower. Some excellent production nets Niceland our 8 points, and a couple of relatively unfamiliar faces round out our top 10, a rare French pop song that actually hit hard with the Persephonian audience from Scherzland lands 7 points (their first points from us since 6 to Cailin Russo in BJSC 122, and the most points we have ever given them, although they did rank higher in our votes with Sebastian Ingrosso who got 4 points under the 12 point system in BJSC 43) while a looped disco bop from our arch nemeses New Lexico gets 6 points (they last ranked higher when we gave them the full 18 for Myriam Fares in BJSC 125 and last appeared in our votes with 5 points to La Rappresentante Di Lista in BJSC 136). Terra Avium had the best anniversary entry of the month for us and pick up 5 points for their multicultural offering, 4 points go to a chill electronic track from Danæviia, another anniversary entry from Rolloland gets 3 points for a solid discovery of a minor 80s hit, Republic of Adonia get 2 points for an inventive slice of J-Pop and our mealworm point goes to another country that we don't vote for too often, Jupiterdonia with their very Empire Of The Sun esque entry.
