Thank you for your patience. The time has come for BJSC 六十二 confirmations to begin! First we must remind you of the rules (they haven't changed but we are required to recap them here):

As a traditional community, laws exist in Lauhun State, Persephonia that ban spreading of cheapness propaganda to our innocent children. Do not worry - cheapness is not illegal here and people of all inspiration levels are welcome, but if you are a cheapy, please stay away from our children.

The usual veto framework applies and entries judged to be too uninspired can and will be vetoed (it is advised participants consider the veto guidelines and aim not to tempt vetoing fate as this will only lead to controversy later). Vetoed entrants will have the right to send a replacement entry. Please be aware that the moderation committee can and do take a long time to make decisions and your entry IS subject to vetoing right up to the deadline.

Blanket bans are also still in place on the usual suspects:

> Any song that has previously appeared in a BuzzJack Song Contest or spinoff
> Any song by the following artists who finished in the top three a month ago: Indila, Kids Of The Apocalypse, Ain't No Love, Bridge & Law
> Any song that has been sent to the Eurovision Song Contest or is currently eligible to be sent there
> Any song by the artist(s) that represented your own nation in BJSC LXI (we would ideally ban any self-recycling of artists but alas, contest regulations do allow this so long as there is at least a one-contest gap)

Please do not even attempt to send any of these as you will be looked down upon by the elders of Jungyu and immediately informed of the entry's ban from the contest before moderator inspection.

In addition, due to being silly people and failing to vote in the final of the last edition, the following 3 countries have a one contest ban and may not enter: New Caprica, Ojnoj and Xanaga.

As the victors of the previous edition, Daehun will pass directly to the final of BJSC 六十二. Don't like it, maybe you should have sent a song with wider appeal last time so you might have got that slot. Persephonia may also pass straight to the final in the event of there being an even number of participants, so that the semi-finals are equal in size.

Now that's out of the way...

Please submit your entries via PM to this account (*Bré). Submissions to Oricon will not be charged but may still be counted. Unfortunately here in Jungyu we do not have access to our cohost's inbox so we cannot guarantee the safety of entries sent there. The deadline for entrants is 23:59 GMT sharp on the 15th of February, 2014. Any entries received even one minute later than this will not be allowed.

Entry submissions must contain the artist and song title, plus a link to a stream of the song (typically YouTube or SoundCloud but more unorthodox sites are also allowed). It is also strongly advised that participants provide a link to an mp3 of their entry, as no one in Jungyu knows how to source mp3s so sound quality will likely be sacrificed in the upcoming mp3 packs if a reliable source is not provided.

Participants are permitted to change their entries should they be indecisive and/or unable to decide.
