Yes, voting is open to everyone! (I think it's technically meant to be only people who participated during the year but that slightly goes out of the window when it's been delayed this much, not gonna say no to an extra vote x)
Think I may do a SyncTube session for this for anyone who may be interested some time before the main contest + spinoff get going - maybe Monday?
