It's out now - the purple HMV one is now part of their Vinyl Week releases which are on sale today (although my pre-order of it was still fulfilled and got dispatched yesterday):



The colours look absolutely stunning on these 😍

Are we expecting this to even go anywhere near the top 100?

There are a few songs on the album that I quite like ('Don't Worry' and 'Fantasy' in particular) but I'm not sure it's generally regarded as a very good album, is it? 'Everything Eventually' was a nice song too although I don't know what they were thinking with that lyric about the spider in the bathtub laugh.gif

Both my white and purple copies arrived today (actually, the Amazon one did on Saturday, but I ended up requesting a replacement cause the sleeve got scuffed in transit which I wasn't happy about, so they sent me a replacement one!)

As I said when this thread first started, I knew realistically this was unlikely to re-enter the chart but to have it on vinyl at all is what I'm really overjoyed about. It's still one of my all time favourite albums and it's such a beautifully done reissue. I will treasure it for sure!

The only reason I wanted it to officially chart is because we might end up getting a sales figure for it. I assume that won't happen now.

It was midweek #199 on Tuesday, that was 503 sales, including 499 from vinyl, 3 from CD (surprising!), 0 downloads and 1 sale from streaming *_*

500 in the UK alone isn't too bad - there'll be a bunch of overseas sales plus I assume some stores will stock copies of it. It's a forgotten flop album so how much could they expect really?

#28 on Vinyl Album Chart
#46 on Physical Album Chart

Not a shabby set of statistics at all, that!

I have it on good word from Popjustice that a digital deluxe edition of the album plus the three singles (b-sides, remixes and all) are arriving on streaming and download tomorrow!

Got a replacement through returns, yes - fortunately that one wasn't scuffed!
