I really liked the Awolnation track, the vocals reminded me of Tom Gabel from Against Me! but in a great electro track.

Wooo, I was briefly on top for the second contest in a row... even if I don't get anything in votes 11, I was just sat there trying to work out how I'd gone up by 6 without scoring! laugh.gif

They're the wrong way around as I missed Brett-Butler's votes. It's gone from 6th to 8th.

Suedehead's entry started well and was leading for a few votes but has now almost dropped out of the top 20. A 15 for Strange Talk puts it back into the lead as Grouplove climb into the top 3, Magenta Skycode top 5 and Not Squares top 10. Votes for all of the bottom four songs mean it's now a lot closer at the bottom, although Ultramariini still prop up the rest.

I'll enjoy the top 10 whilst I can. It's a nice feeling.

I said something about you being another one who looks like improving from 29th last time by quite a lot, but then accidentally 'cut' two things.

Grebo has the vote at the midpoint of the competition, and nothing for either of the top 2 means there's a lot of closing from Grouplove, Iamamiwhoami and Glasser. Paris Angels are back towards the top half and The Creepshow are at their higest position yet.

Nothing like a bit of early nineties, pre-Suede, indie. The only time I saw them they were supported by a band called Laverne and Shirley who were one of the worst bands I've ever seen. Their "drum kit" consisted of an upturned biscuit tin which fell off the stand part way through. I kid you not.
