Country: Numayania
Languages: English/French/Numayanaian Flag: Hi all, welcome to the Numayania national thread. We're very proud to be taking part in your great contest for the first time. Anyway, one thing you will find about our country is that we are very indecisive So I hope you can help us decide which of six songs by three different artists we should enter this time. Check the poll above, and watch the videos below. Thanks! Alcazar - Start The Fire Alcazar - We Keep On Rockin' Emilia - Good Sign Emilia - Kiss By Kiss Laurent Wolf - No Stress Laurent Wolf - Wash My World Alcazar - Start The Fire and Laurent Wolf - Wash My World are former number ones in Numayania. We Keep On Rockin' and Good Sign both reached the top 5. No Stress was a club hit, and Kiss By Kiss is a recent airplay hit. But which one will Numayania pin it's hopes on for it's debut Buzzjack Song Contest? Only time will tell! (Am I getting too carried away with this? ) |

Oh well, thanks for checking it out! I deliberately didn't pick that one. I only recently heard Kiss By Kiss and loved it, but Good Sign was the follow up to BBW, and I thought it was better, but I don't think it even went top 40 here!

Either of the Alcazar songs are BJSC friendly imo, though I prefer Emilia. Would be interesting to send Laurent Wolf, I was thinking about No Stress at one point.

Which Emilia song do you prefer? TBH I never really heard No Stress at the time, but I fell in love with Wash My World on first hearing. I am thinking Alcazar will be the way to go though, but are they a bit cheap in BJSC terms?

A cheap entry would be an upcoming big hit (My Life Would Suck Without You), or a song by a big artist like GA or Britney Spears.
And no, you aren't getting carried away believe me. |

I meant writing it all in the third person, or whatever it's called
Anyway you didn't say what was your favourite! |

If you want examples of National Threads that have gone above and beyond, you should check out Kopecka, Ashton and a couple of other long standing countries. I don't tend to comment on songs pre-contest i personally am against NF's Internal Selection FTW |

I thought as Ben was doing it,and i'm new tithe contest, it would maybe be the way to go for my debut. I will listen to all votes and comments, that said I might completely ignore them and choose my own |

Many people do use NF's as a way of choosing artists. Quite successfully often.
It's down to personal preference, i would advise to try each option out at first to find what works best for you |

I am thinking Alcazar will be the way to go though, but are they a bit cheap in BJSC terms? Yeah I agree with what's been said, Alcazar aren't cheap at all. I probably prefer We Keep On Rockin' but both are good. Of the Emilia tracks I prefer Kiss By Kiss, Big Big World is my overall favourite and I wouldn't consider that cheap. |

Big Big World was a big big hit here in the UK though. For that reason I didn't use Crying At The Discotheque, This Is The World We Live in or Sexual Guarantee (though that was smaller). So it does seem that Alcazar are the way to go, but there's a part of me that cries "Wolf"!

love this song actually I never particularly cared for Alcazar's early material but I do seem to like them a lot more these days, maybe it's because I know I'll see them live next month

Have I told you lately that I hate you?
Joking. But I am just a teeny bit jealous. Do you think I have a shot with this in BJSC anyway? Can you remove my poll please by the way? |
