Hello and welcome to the grand final of BJSC 139 in Jadakissnia!

Here are a reminder of the rules at this stage of the competition:

👻 Only those who are taking part in BJSC 139 can vote.

👻 Please format your votes in the 'One Big Final' system, so your top 15 with the following points distribution: 18, 15, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

👻 All votes are to be sent to me (Jade) please!

👻 The deadline for voting is Monday 1st November 23:59 GMT ~ so this includes a whole weekend and the Monday if you have plans on Halloween night, hopefully that's reasonable! Late votes may be accepted at the discretion of the host, however, a 15% deduction will be applied to any nation submitting their votes after the deadline.

👻 Any nation who fails to submit their votes will have a 33% deduction applied to their points total. They will also be banned from entering the next contest.
