I don't like the Sabrina song very much and would never listen to it on purpose
but come on, a top 10 that has Texas Hold'em, Teddy Swims and the shouting Benson Boone song
half of the top 10 is worse than Espresso

I actually like the Benson Boone track. Texas Hold 'Em is a genuine bop and at least Teddy Swims is a heartfelt piece of music.

The Sabrina Carpenter track has none of those upsides, it's just pure crap from start to finish.

for me Teddy is a 0/10, Benson a 0/10, Beyonce a 2/10, at least Espresso is a 5/10

it's a very vanilla song, not sure how it can affect you so much

My Fortnight CD single has been dispatched so looks like they'll count this week.

Mine too. So I guess it is down to how many she has sold...

Yeah I’m curious to see if she sold enough cds to cover the streaming deficit over Sabrina! I’ll be happy with either as #1 anyway!

A lot people already have them https://x.com/thepoetsintern/status/1785657769544069351?s=46

Taylornation is very closely linked with Taylor swift herself and they specifically mentioned the UK so no doubt they're aware of the chart situation

I don’t think she will have sold at least 12k based on just an email/taylor nation (not many followers) promoting it. She’ll need minimum 12K by the lead Sabrina has, probably 15K

I would say 13k is the lead they probably made 15k CDs for UK & Ireland.
