I can't believe this is coming out less than 2 weeks away
...one flop single and very very little promotion/hype, surely it will bomb?

Id release next year but she seems adamant to go ahead yikes. Think this could be a huge flop.

I mean I still think it will do well . Despite everything Nicki has an undeniable big fanbase that will still be checking for a new album after so long . They really should be pushing some sort of single to launch it with though !

This has some fire moments but also some duds. Really enjoying the Cyndi Lauper sample on Pink Friday Girls and Bahm Bahm / Big Difference are standouts. Bahm Bahm also interpolating the Stupid Hoe lyrics which took me a second to notice *.*

Well she is sort of on it in the same way Frank Ocean was on Drake's album - it's just a pitched up sample on the first track. Namely of 'when the party's over'. I'll stick with the original thanks x

(have heard bits of the tracks from a reaction video and there are way too many samples on here and most of them sounded pretty bad, there were a few songs that sounded decent here and there though, I think 'Fallin 4 U' was the main one that stood out for me. 'Everybody' is a Jersey club style sample of Junior Senior which I can't decide if I love or hate - I think it's better than the last time Nicki and Uzi collabed over a classic sample at least lol)

I liked the album


Nicki does and pulls of a lot of genres and I feel like she made sure to cater to different audiences within the album .

There’s songs on there that they definitely could push as singles as well , Everybody is a SMASH waiting to happen and so is the Drake collab .

Super Freaky Girl being on the hits compilation is just the same as Chemical being on Post Malone's hits compilation just before the release of his AUSTIN album. The compilations are just easy ways to get long-running albums on global charts, both songs were always going to be part of their parent studio albums regardless (Nicki tweeted months ago saying Super Freaky Girl and Red Ruby Da Sleeze were never going to be dropped from the album). Barbie World on the other hand was very specifically for a soundtrack album.

Listening to this now and I actually really love the Billie sample and how Nicki uses it! Helps that it's one of my favourite Billie songs too.
