9. Beyonce - Drunk In Love (feat. Jay Z) - 8.58

One of two lead singles from Beyonce's self-titled album, we have Drunk In Love at #9! I would honestly rate this as my very top Beyonce song tbh. It's a continuation of sorts of their biggest hit together, Crazy In Love, touching more on their love as a married couple and basically sex as a married couple (with some alcohol thrown in there). It's sexy, it's strong, it's empowering it's everything you want out of a Beyonce song and more. I'm gutted it's not at least Top 5, but 8.58 is a great score and the songs above this are generally great too.

8. Beyonce - Crazy In Love (feat. Jay Z) - 8.625

Next is the other big Bey + Jay collab, Crazy In Love! Most likely this is both his and hers biggest hit by quite some margin. This is probbaly my second favourite from Beyonce tbh, I know this is likely a lot of people's go-to song but for good reason. It's just that summer banger that literally everybody knows.
A very respectable 8.625... but at #8 it means we 100% have a new winner as the last rate in the forum ended up with Crazy In Love at #1! Very interesting indeed...

7. Kelly Rowland - Work (Original or Freemasons Remix) - 8.681

FINALLY a Kelly song is out drama.gif I do wish it wasn't this out yet though... Following on from Crazy In Love it's only fair that this is yet another iconic song from the 00's, albeit less iconic (although there are very few other songs as iconic as CIN tbf). The original is an r&b anthem in it's own right but then the remix comes along and it bangs *.* Arguably one of my favourite ever remixes and I'm so glad it's made the Top 10!

Drunk In Love should have won xx

I am not a fan of much of Kelly's discog but Work is an undeniable bop.

Couldn't agree more, or it should be at least above Work (and Stole is still yet to come btw)

6. Kelly Rowland - Dilemma (with Nelly) - 8.81

Now for another Kelly single, this time it's her solo debut with Nelly which was one of the biggest songs of the year and arguably the most successful song of both Kelly and Nelly's respective careers. It's Kelly's highest selling single in the US and in the UK! I loooove this song so much I gave it one of my 11's.

With that said, we now have only the Top 5 to reveal including the following:

Commander (feat. David Guetta)
Lose My Breath
Stole
Sweet Dreams
When Love Takes Over (with David Guetta)

Predictions/hopes are welcome!

5. Stole

Preference:

2. Lose My Breath
3. Sweet Dreams
4. Commander (feat. David Guetta)
5. When Love Takes Over (with David Guetta)

Lose My Breath to storm the win plz. I like the rest, but there are far better and more worthy songs of being top 5 cry.gif

I suspect 'When Love Takes Over' will win.

5. Kelly Rowland - Stole - 8.85

First out in the Top 5 is a song I did not expect to be this high when the rate started, but I'm kinda happy it got this far. Following on from the smash hit that was Dilemma, Stole was the lead single from Kelly's debut album.

4. Beyonce - Sweet Dreams - 8.91

Wow! So that's it for Beyonce, out at #4 with only 'Lose My Breath' remaining in terms of songs she has any involvement with laugh.gif I was shocked that this wasn't Top 2, just as shocked that Crazy In Love wasn't #1 tbh. Sweet Dreams was a single from the I Am... Sasha Fierce album (another one) and actually wasn't a massive hit, it's a decently well known song although mostly in the UK which explains it's popularity on Buzzjack!

It's a battle between Destiny's Child and Kelly Rowland (and David Guetta laugh.gif) for the #1!

Stole is so so good !!

It would have reached number 1 possibly if released earlier. It was on the import charts for about 7 weeks (from memory).

3. Kelly Rowland - When Love Takes Over (with David Guetta) - 9.09 (less 11s)

It's a tie for 2nd and 3rd... with the song in #3 being a revolutionary dance track by David Guetta featuring Kelly Rowland! This song essentially started the trend of pop singers collaborating with producers which is still a popular trend today (although David Guetta doesn't exactly get huge hits anymore). It's euphoric and such a feel good song, one of Kelly's best for sure dance.gif

Kelly smashing this top 10! I am happy to see Dilemma smashing in particular! Sweet Dreams would have made a great winner, so I am gutted to see it "only" 4th ohmy.gif
