She does Jo's parts, Jo had back problems during much of the promotion for Seeing Double (also visible in the movie where she's absent from all dance routines), so Rachel took on her vocals for performances of Alive and Dance while Jo was absent. You can hear them both in these videos!

I’ve listened to this a few times today and I must admit I’ve really come around to it. I’ve never really been keen on it, saw it as a cheap recreation of Don’t Tip Movin’, but it actually stands perfectly fine on its own. Glad I’ve come around to it.

I've always had loads of time for Alive, I have great memories of hearing it for the first time as the Viva S Club theme tune! The tour made me appreciate it in a new light, I really hope the new mix gets released one day.
