After the release of Stridulum, I am really looking forward to this.

The first track from the album has been released/leaked(?)

I like it from first listen but it's not an immediate hit, sounds more like a grower.

Anyway here it is:

Much excitement!!!

Woohoo! Was wondering the other day actually as to whether she would be releasing something new soon.

Listening now... It's good. Although I do prefer 'Night' and 'Run Me Out' from 'Stridulum' (which is excellent!) I hope this is a grower though. Has potential to be!

It's been released (you can buy it at iTunes).

Like it on first listen - doesn't floor me like "Night" did when I first listened to that, but I'd imagine it'll be a grower.

This grabbed me just as much as Night did; it's very intense and I love the Transformers-esq production flourishes. The intro is fantastic.

I'm not one for being over zealous normally but I think I love this woman

I listened to some of her stuff when she had a single out last year, and she seemed like I could get on board with her but nothing really grabbed me. This is really good though ohmy.gif

The album is now streaming over at the Guardian's website HERE

Had a quick skim as I'd rather wait for HQ but 'Seekir' is very Stevie Nicks?

After a few plays, I'm really liking this album. I think I may even prefer it to the debut, it works slightly better as a whole for me - I agree with Jake that there is a definite Fleetwood Mac vibe to some of it.

This is going to be perfect late night album over the next few months, especially when the weather becomes bleak and 4pm is dark.

It isn't that good? You've head it so many times before, wonderful vox to sweep you off your feet with little depth behind it.

As nice as the vocals are the actual record is very sub-par, some poor lyricism...

'Seekir' is probably the only thing i'd listen to more than once really, the rest I can give or take.

Well I really enjoyed it actually, it's growing on me a lot with every listen.
Favourites are probably "Skin" (best on the album by far) ""Hikikomori", "Vessel", and "Seekir".
