We actually didn't have any cases of that as luck would have it! I did have a plan to swap the next available number if that did happen though, say I was assigned #1 but that's Taahino but number #2 was free I'd take that nation and put Taahino in at #2, same if anyone picked one they had previously

FSR Rontvia and Desbuanda had a straight swap in the first one, I can't remember if it happened in the second one.
