Marcus Rashford deserves so much praise right now (as do the many other people that have been fighting for this - but Marcus has really raised the awareness so much!).

Call me a cynic but I can't help feeling they are deliberately getting some things wrong so that they can them claim to be "a listening government" by making a U-turn.
