It's that time of the year again. Here is the one rate to decide which song that missed the top 10 really should've peaked there. Back for its 12th anniversary now and with a brand new host... just kidding it's me again.

Here is how it works. Any song that entered in the top 20, but failed to reach the top 10, for the first time in 2022 will be eligible. "Creepin" by Metro Boomin and "Pointless" by Lewis Capaldi will be excluded given their likelihood to reach the top 10 in the near future, if either does not they will be included in next year's poll. That leaves 37 songs remaining in the competition.

Last year Ava Max finally got herself a winner after having finished in the top three twice before. This year, we could very well see the same result...

The song with the most points will win the title of the song Buzzjack thinks should have been a UK top 10 smash! and will join the hall of honorary UK top tens (listed at the end of the post), which now includes back-dated honorary top 10s from the 21st century having ran retrospective contests in the 2000s forum (see the forum for previous results).
