Former big room house producer Maurice West revamped his stage name into Mau P.
He released a tech House song called "Drugs From Amsterdam" on Friday and got a lot of supports from big DJs, such as Tiesto, John Summit & Gordo. It was also featured on Danny Howard's Radio 1 Dance Party. |

I was never huge fan of Maurice's big room stuff so I was really suprised to hear his set at a festival this summer. He was stil under his old artist name but already played a tech house/progressive set. This one was one of the tracks I tried to Shazam, glad it's finally out!

I thought DFA stood a chance of being a hit a few months back, although I kinda wanted to see how Radio 1 would get around the censoring on the chart show.
