Times have changed in Terra. A discovery in the mines has lead to a dramatic uprising from a species thought long extinct by Animalia - All non reptiles are no longer permitted in this nation and have been exiled around the BJSC World.

 

Terra Dinosaur is ruled by the iron fist of Tyrannus, and the country has converted to an industrial means. All herbivorous dinosaurs are mere workers and they must use their strength to work their hardest every day. Once their purpose has been served, they are disposable and are delicacies for the carnivorous leaders around the nation.

When outside political and work matters, Tyrannus likes to indulge his inner music self and so has agreed to enter the Buzzjack World's annual song contest that Terra Avium before them had been competing in. It is the job of the Pterosaurs to search out music that satisfies.

 

Our first entry will be revealed in two days time, but I am confident that both You and the Night will enjoy it immensely.

I tried the new name rebrand and it didn't work out as I had hoped. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Yeah mostly because Scrunvonvonia is a TERRIBLE name.

It looks like tourism from us has gone down in Terra Dinosaur. Danaelanda preferred this country when it was run by birds :( At least it's not half as silly an idea as Land of Ostriches was :D

Thermo, feel free to kindly take a swim in the lava.

Tourists should be wary of Terra Dinosaur, in general, we are not particularly accustomed to those not of our kind on our land (though we will make a special exception for Persephonian citizens).

The extremely positive reception garnered for the nation of Terra Dinosaur's first entry under the new reign has encouraged Tyrannus that a reptilian dictatorship is the way to go. Our song Un Nouveau Soleil finished 6th out of 31 entries with a points record that was far higher than anything Terra got under the rule of the birds.

 

This positive reception has both humoured and warmed Tyrannus and, before serious political issues start to be discussed, Terra has decided to keep going with this recreational pastime and enter again next month.
