Posted August 6, 200915 yr Coyle 'creating more buzz' than Cole http://i30.tinypic.com/rtiyit.jpg Nadine Coyle is outshining her Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Cole as they both attempt to launch solo careers, it has been reported. According to the Daily Star Sunday, three top record labels are currently bidding to snap up the Irish singer. She is expected to start work on her solo project later this year. Meanwhile, X Factor judge Cole recently flew out to Los Angeles to record her forthcoming album. It is believed that she has been back in the studio with Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am in recent days. A source revealed: "The band recently declared there'd be three more Girls Aloud albums. For the next year they're doing their own thing but Nadine is the one creating the biggest buzz in the industry. "It looks like Universal - a subdivision of the Girls Aloud label Fascination - will produce Nadine's solo shot. But whoever wins her will have to pay a lot because everyone's desperate to sign her. She will get an amazing deal as a result of shopping around." Girls Aloud completed their 'Out Of Control' tour in June with a final show in Cole's home city of Newcastle. Source: Digital Spy

August 12, 200915 yr More news on Nadine's album! Nadine Coyle 'gets Paula Abdul song' Nadine Coyle has reportedly been given a song by Paula Abdul for her debut solo album. Abdul, who co-wrote Kylie Minogue's number one single 'Spinning Around', has allegedly penned a track with a "disco" feel to it for the Girls Aloud star. According to New magazine, Coyle's record will be different from the upcoming album by bandmate Cheryl Cole. Recent reports have claimed that three record labels are bidding to snap up the Irish singer. "It looks like Universal - a subdivision of the Girls Aloud label Fascination - will produce Nadine's solo shot. But whoever wins her will have to pay a lot because everyone's desperate to sign her. August 14, 200915 yr Thanks for that ^_^, but it should've been posted in the thread about Cheryl's album :heehee:
August 14, 200915 yr I think there'll be more buzz over Cheryl myself. My fear with Nadine's album would be it would be mostly ballads.
September 29, 200915 yr I'm SO looking forward for this! She is ace and underrated especially compared to Cheryl. Hopefully we'll get something massive from her, she deserves it.
October 12, 200915 yr Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle wants to be Ireland's answer to Madonna when she goes solo http://images.mirror.co.uk/upl/m4/jul2009/8/0/nadine-coyle-pic-getty-199795905.jpg Since the Girls were Aloud to go solo, Nadine Coyle has taken things very seriously. The Belfast belle is determined to become Ireland's answer to Madonna - and wants the PR team behind the Material Girl to catapult her into the charts here and in the US. Nad has been in America working on her debut solo album. A pal said: "Unlike the other girls, she wants to keep her solo career separate from what she does with Girls Aloud. "She has been slogging it out in the studio trying to perfect the tracks for her album. Nadine is very ambitious, has a great voice and many contacts in LA. "She approached Madonna's PR Barbara Charone to take her on to lay down the groundwork for when she is ready to launch her album early next year. "If what she has done already is anything to go by she will definitely be huge." http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2009/1...15875-21740772/ Finally more news :w00t:
