About This Club

There ain't no party like an S Club Party, so come and relive the good times, and share your memories of the late Paul Cattermole.
  1. What's new in this club
  2. Would be hilarious if they actually rebranded to that but id say they are probably allowed to keep it because its literally just a letter
  3. The S in S Club stands for Simon Fuller. Now they're just 'Club' 😔
  4. This was basically known a while back but now seems official, with confirmation of their new manager being Craig Logan, formerly of Bros! Article from The Sun: Certainly a sign that they have future plans together, and I think it's for the best to have some fresh blood on the team now, could perhaps have done with it a bit sooner!
  5. Bring It All Back has the advantage of being the Miami 7 theme tune, and Miami 7 was quite popular globally so I expect it has bigger numbers outside the UK than Reach does!

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DZ2s57tOf6V/ Hoping that's a tour tease...!!
  7. You’re probably right, I just presumed Reach was more popular.
  8. BIAB is their second most-streamed song on Spotify overall, but must be third overall for the UK.
  9. It must be very slow with racking up streams. I’d say it’s probably their third most popular song behind Don’t Stop Movin’ and Reach. Though I prefer Bring It All Back to Reach myself.
  10. Its more suprising bring it all back has only just gone double platinum its been above 1 million for like ever
  11. Their second album “7” is their biggest-seller at 4x Platinum. Not sure how close their debut album is from 3x Platinum, though.
  12. I had no idea ‘Sunshine’ was so close to 900k! I think the fact we’ve had to rely on the Platinum certification as no total sales have been revealed made me think it was a lot closer to 600k than 900k. Looking at the end of year charts, it seems it was on ~850k by the end of 2002.
  13. Wonderful news! Does that mean they now have two albums 3x Platinum or higher? I wonder how far their debut album is from going 3x Platinum.
  14. The S Club 7 album "Sunshine" is now certified 3x Platinum! And their song "Bring It All Back" is now certified 2x Platinum!
  15. Aww thanks spiceboy. It probably also wasn’t helped by the fact I think there were more deserving songs on 7 that should’ve been singles.
  16. Right can you leave Two in a million out of this You could argue half the discography they were backing singers for Jo unfortunately btw
  17. Lol it wasn't at all I was laughing because you said it was probably unfair. You are the least unfair person on these forums! 🥰
  18. Haha I did feel that as I posted it. It was a bit harsh. I also thought the same with Jo and Two In A Million.
  19. Goodness this is the most aggressive I've seen you Pads. 😋😉❤️ I think you could say that about Jo for Two in a million too tbh.
  20. I’m with you spiceboy, I like it but I sometimes feel it’s a Rachel Stevens solo track masquerading as an S Club single. I know you never said the last part and it’s probably a little unfair to if I’m being honest.
  21. Hmmm, it's one of their weaker singles for me. I like it a lot but its more of an album track in my eyes.

Ah yeah, very fair point. I get that! ❤️

Say goodbye also feels more of a final finality song i wouldnt be suprised if they never performed it again until they decide to call it a day again
  24. And arguably one of their best 😢

I think Say Goodbye was possibly too "on the nose" given it was still so soon after Paul's passing. Not sure why These Are the Days got cut for the US leg! Tina and Jon got Stronger and Sunshine respectively on the tour anyway so they got their moments
