imo Jade doesn't need the Sugababes but the Sugababes do need someone like Jade so I don't see what she would stand to gain by joining the group...

To be honest they are better off as a two piece band, Keisha seems to be have the problem with Amelle, so why bother auditioning for another person to join the band, down the line, Keisha will probably take a stab at the new girl. I think Jade is there to fill the band as temporary, but don't forget Jade used to be in a female band herself before she went solo, so I doubt she take the job permanently.

We don't know if Keisha is the problem, she might have just left to try other projects or just to move on.

It's all Heidi's fault. She's the ice maiden and wants the end product to be this.
