Posted October 11, 200915 yr What do you think of what she said last night on x-factor. I agree that she shouldnt have made the comments about his sexuality but I dont think she meant it to offend him. Just stating that with him being bisexual that there was no need to change the lyrics. Her attempt at a joke totally backfired. As ususal I just think the press are blowing it all up. October 11, 200915 yr It saddens me that she seems to be becoming a national hate figure for this, the hysteria about it reminds me of that race row on Big Brother a few years back. I think she had a fair point, him changing the gender reference makes it seem like he's ashamed and trying to fit in by seeming 'straight'. However the comment has made her look like a total arse...
October 11, 200915 yr I cant see the big deal about what she said, i enjoyed dannii alot last night as she was vert straight talking last night and last night showed how herself and cheryl seem to be getting along great aswell, o might add dannii looked very well last night, daniel has no problems with her comments so i dont see why the press should. Still simon will be delighted as it will draw more attention to the show.
October 11, 200915 yr a load of nonsense about nothing really, she made a constructive comment to him he wasn't offended, she told him afterwards she meant nothing by it, but still people have a go it's like the strictly race row, it should be between the two involved and once they have sorted it out leave it alone. GOD!
October 12, 200915 yr I don't think she should've made the comments, but purely because they were nothing to do with his singing. It's all been blown out of proportion, thanks again media...
October 12, 200915 yr It did make her look like a TOTAL bitch, especially when Danyl reacted the way he did, but I do understand what she was getting at and she seemed a bit peeved that no one else found it funny
