That was a nice bit of telly, I didn't think there was anything especially impressive about it - though maybe that's because Max and Stacey are always rather good these days. The amount of times they said each other's name really pissed me off after a while  I am eager to see what happens next though.

It was enjoyable viewing and Jake Woods who plays Max in my opinion was the start of the 2 as usually Lacey out shines him, i think its good closure to the storyline and i cant really see it coming up again about Archie, i think it will enforce the stacey and max bond.

Excellent ep. Just what was needed. Lacey really is a phenomenal actress :)

LOVED the final scene and transition to the credits!!

About two minutes in my dad commented that Lacey was a pretty brilliant actress. I bet that's one of those opinions everybody watching shares. The only people I can imagine ever not conceiding that she's brilliant are the Corrie loons. After all they've got, um, Sophie Webster. :heehee:

That final scene/transition was indeed AMAZING. Like wow.

I don't know anyone who doesn't agree that Lacey Turner is amazing. She's by far the best young soap actress we've got in this country. Unless someone's really going to make a case for Rosie Webster or Theresa McQueen :manson:

By the way Jark, totally OT, but I've just been on Moopy doing their rate; I had no idea you were a proper regular over there!

ya the tranistion in to the credits was absolutly brilliant and very different, but again Simon Ashdown wrote that episode, if only we had at least 2 more simon ashdowns on the writing team, dont get me wrong they have a few good scrptwriters but simon ashdown is in a league of his own and not just in eastenders but in the whole soap world.

Oh I use that place more than I do this nowadays Shoat! I feel like I'm finally settling in, it takes a hell of while to become accepted / get used to their ways...

The only other young female soap actresses who comes even vaguely close is Debbie on Emmerdale but she's not near to being as talented as Lacey. I know every soap has their fair share of rubbish actors but I really feel like EE has the biggest pool of truly great ones, what with Lacey, Sam Womack, Jo Joyner, Nina Wadia etc.

Which reminds me, I really need to press on with that bloody rate http://www.moopy.org.uk/forums/images/smilies/grin.gif I'm so near to becoming the new you it's not even funny!

This better not mean you're going to bugger off and leave us!

I'd go along with EE having the best cast out of the big three right now. I know we all focus on the female leads like Lacey, Sam, Jo etc. But even the blokes aren't bad, Steve McFadden in particular is awesome when he's given good stuff.

Nobody comes close to being a flop mod like me!

Steve McFadden when given the work is indeed great especially acting as a drunk, jake wood who plays max is also excellent in my opinion
Chelsea is GOLDEN. She forgot that she was trying not to be easy even faster than she forgot she was addicted to cocaine!
$h!t :( She hasnt had a lot to do recently but I was hoping for better things for her with Kirkwood as the EP.
Im delighted she is goin she never did anything for me and i camt see her departure having any major impact.

THIS.

Good riddance, she can't act and I don't think her character has any redeeming qualities except for delivering some genuinely funny looks at times.

EastEnders has topped the Thursday soap ratings for the ninth consecutive week, breaking its eight-week personal best.

The Walford soap's hour-long instalment - which saw Kylie shoot Jack in R&R - logged 7.91m (34.7%) from 7.30pm, its lowest-performing episode of the year.

Emmerdale, however, suffered as a result. It saw its worst 7pm numbers of the year, with 6.54m (33.6%) tuning in to see Adam questioning Aaron about Paddy's injuries.

Meanwhile, during the clash period between 8pm and 8.30pm, Emmerdale's second ep fell below the 5m mark with 4.42m (18.4%), while EastEnders had 7.73m (32.1%).

EastEnders' first 30 minutes put in 8.1m (37.6%) and BBC Three's 10pm repeat added a further 1.14m (6%), taking its highest multichannel figures since the programme's 25th anniversary live episode on February 19.

Coronation Street's offering interested 7.55m (30.6%) from 8.30pm. ITV2's repeat from 12.50am added 132k (3.3%).
