does anyone know if sam is gone for good she was really getting on my nerves.
I'm not sure if that was her final episode. A Digital Spy article this week referred to it as her last but then I was sure she was in for 3/4 months...

good as it was a but pointless if that was her last apperance.

I read today that Barbra Windsor wont be killed of as she wants to do kind of guest apperances, she is taking a full 2 years of but after that will return for special storylines, im happy about this to be honest and i hope it is true.

Peggy Mitchell 'will not be killed off'

Barbara Windsor's EastEnders character Peggy Mitchell will reportedly not be killed off when she leaves the soap.

The 72-year-old actress recently announced that she is to quit the show in order to spend more time with husband Scott Mitchell.

She is, however, apparently keen to reprise the role in 2012, The Sun claims.

A source told the newspaper: "Barbara has such a fondness for Peggy that she genuinely wants to play her again.

"She doesn't want the character killed off. Producers understand that."

The source went on to say that Windsor may return full-time, but is more likely to come back for "special storylines".

That is from The Sun though. Personally I'd like her just to make rare appearances, two or three times a year, like Aunt Sal.
Yes, apparently Sam is back in the New Year for a couple of episodes. Rumour has it she is a suspect of getting rid of Archibald.

Christmas spoiler:

Max's lies and deceit catch up with him, forcing Tanya to make a heart-wrenching decision.

I bet

she goes into hiding with the kids because they're at danger from loan sharks or something...

Think that sounds very likely Jark.
