This song has literally just clicked with me. I love it! She looks so stunning, a bit like Hayden Panettiere too! I totally get the big christmas song thing too as well, hope it's a hit for her. ^_^

I think this song is much superior to high school musical knockoff Boys & Girls and Mama Do

Mama Do and Boys & Girls are far from any cheese those high school musical losers produced. Even if the lyrics are a little unadult-like, she's only 18 and like she said, she wrote the songs on TIU because it's what she can relate to at her age now. She's obviously going to mature lyricswise as she grows older. . .

Shame, I can't really go and see my fav acts. My area is too far from the gigs they'll play on and they don't go to Exeter (Most major acts don't! The latest one I can think of is Dizzee Rascal which was last month.) which will just take 30-40 minutes to reach there. And add the so-called lovely classwork to finish.

I used to live near Exeter and the trains around the area are very quick (and direct) to London! Give it try, it's worth it.

Hopefully her Switch Live performances coming Sunday could give both CMO and BAG a boost!

I'm sure they will! It's also on the radio and will be televised next week!

Timbaland 'wants to work with Pixie Lott'

Timbaland has reportedly approached Pixie Lott to collaborate with her in the future.

The US producer, who releases his album Shock Value II on December 7, is said to have been impressed after hearing Lott sing at a recording studio in Los Angeles this week.

According to The Sun, Timbaland suggested that he work with the singer on material for her next album.

Lott previously revealed that she is eager to release material Stateside and claimed that some of the tracks on her debut album Turn It Up were written specifically to appeal to the US market.

Now # 39 on iTunes

I  this waaaay more than MD and B&G....really hope its Top 10

It's the production that makes B&G sound exactly like I Want It All from HSM3.

Pixie won Best Uk & Irish act at the MTV EMA's tonight :D

She also won best PUSH Act!

Stuck at #39 on iTunes, still. But up to #47 in the midweeks! It's definitely suprised my expectations of how much it would sell and how high up it would chart this week.

Glad to hear that. I knew she will win those!

Yay me too! :D She really deserved them, so pleased for her. She looked so stunning at the Awards as well:

I don't think it's #39. It was #34 yesterday then the iTunes chart itself (feed) reverted and it's stuck now at #39. We can't rely atm on the chart until it has been fixed!

Anyway, nice dress. :heehee:

Why  ?

Some people I know who were producing the event said that she and Black Eyed Peas were head and shoulders above the rest, and Alexandra was also solid. The same can't be said for The Saturdays though, apparently.

Looking at almost every performances possible, I thought N-Dubz were the best. They were awesome at almost every way possible. :o

BEP did great. Fergie's voice has improved (especially at MMH)! :o

Alexandra did decently, but she performed only 2 songs... her #1s.

The Saturdays? Not sure atm. I've been finding their full performance. I've heard 'Just Can't Get Enough' and 'Issues' atm which they were decent.

Shaheen (dunno the last name), a young male singer... I heard his cover of 'Who's Loving You' yesterday on Radio 1, which is quite good for his young vocals.

JLS were probably the worst of the line-up IMO but they are great dancers, on a positive note.

Pixie did pretty well, considering the sound were different from the studio recordings. Especially, at the 'Boys And Girls' one, the drummings, is much much better at live!

Why  ?

Her performance for 'Cry Me Out' was well... pretty emotional to say the least.
