I wish I had the confidence of some nations, but it would be a miracle if we hit top 30 this edition. I kind of expected more hype or top 10 predictions for Onjoj's entry TBH. That one sounds like a smash in the making.

I liked how 'MOD' was preceded by a different Ray (Danny Ray) and followed by 'An Open Door' (symbolic because the 'MOD' MV features lots of door opening). But I also like having 'Split Up The Kids' and 'Dropped Down The Well' (a different kind of symbolism) sandwiching my entry and among the last three songs. 😄

6/10 (all 4 announced near the end). I've been a bit scared that I have scored some of the tracks too low, but turns out they are not even close to making it. Special mentions to Numayania and Scotland 2 for their earworms!! And I can finally cross off that one goal of qualifying with a girl group (technically second all-female act I got to bring to the final) where Liella! (BJSC185) and 2NE1 (from 100+ years ago) didn't manage!!!!!

Ah, shucks about Fathertopia Mothertopia. That was a bop. I'll talk a bit more in a bit.

I could vote tomorrow but, eh, I think I am fine with my 10 songs in order. I have also went through all of Semi 2 including the last one so imaginary certificate obtained.

Why I made the double entry reveals: The 38 point lead at the top makes it hard for me to post one entry each time and not reveal the winner too early. I didn't have enough time or imagination to come up with something crazier than hiding the points for some songs. The Rocketdaan thing gives me a good opportunity to hide who sent what until the right time. except for that one slip up which I hope not too many saw or remember xo It has taken longer than I expected to get the results done so you deserve to know sooner than later. But then, I still would've considered extending a day or so because of a few votes that eventually arrived a couple of days ago. Some personal thoughts: Sorry to see Jade being last in this contest. I thought it would score more. Even was in my votes. I've been reserving 'Luminary' since last year, so I'm happy to finally put this out. I have something else that can be sent for a suitable theme. My poor foresight in finding out I'll have not enough free time within the past week or so has caused me great concern whether I can even see the hosting through.
