61 R 14 Bobby Boris Pickett Monster Mash :w00t: Just in time for halloween

This was a US #1 in 1960

It flopped in the UK on first release in 1960 and on first re-issue in 1970

It did become a UK #3 hit on it's second reissue in 1973 peaking at #3

It charted again in the US in 1973 peaking at #10

One of the Crypt-Kickers was one Leon Russell who became a folk legend in the US in the 60s

Edited by Euro Music

Mr Hudson freefell in both charts. :( :o

But lol @ Beyonce charting at 41.

Edited by I Am FM11

LOL at miley - that's really mean on her, her third #11 lol the Top 10 jus don't like her LOL x

I have a lot to comment on this week...

Let's go!

Beyoncé #41

LOLZ.

MJ #43

I guess those multiple versions really helped it to stay ahead of Ray and Bobby.

Kano #44

Wow, very nearly top 40 for this! :o

Kasabian #45

It's already been a top 40 hit anyway.

Jace Everett #49

How is he that high? I also recently found out this is a man. I thought Jace was a female name

Journey #52

New peak after all these years, and it'll get another new peak next week.

Sway #53

Aww, I was hoping this would be closer to the top 40... another top 75 hit anyway.

Ray Parker Jr #57

It's back again for another year.

Bobby 'Boris' Pickett #61

And this also.

Lostprophets #69

Wow, BIG drop.

Mr Hudson #70

BIIIIIIIG drop.

Sean Kingston #72

Wow, FACE drop. Good song anyway, nice to see it here.

Editors #73

That's another BIG drop.

Katherine Jenkins #74

Better than the original, but that's not saying much...

Miike Snow #59

Nice! :)

Rammstein #71

Now that is a MASSIVE drop. Expected though...

Edited by BrayFish

BEP's get the longest run inside the top10 since Céline Dion's Think Twice 9-8-5-6-4-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-3-4- 1994/5. Only Bryan Adams (21) and Wet Wet Wet (20) have spent longer in the top10 in the last 20 years.
Jace Everett #49

How is he that high? I also recently found out this is a man. I thought Jace was a female name

It's the theme song from True Blood  Jason = Jace, presumably (though not the character...)

QUESTION: Is I'm yours the best selling singles non to reach top ten in uk?
Mr Hudson 29 - 70 :(:o

Go Pixie! CMO is hopefully going to keep those copies selling!

The Saturdays  - oh dear!

And the record for most epic first four weeks chart run goes to...

CHIPMUNK.

1-3-3-7.

I lol'd tbh.

YAY!!!!!!!!! @ Miley at #11 for the THIRD TIME!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

The only thing we need is to knock her off Top-10 in iTunes. But now I'm going to open a bottle of wine! (if only I had one LOL).

Westlife are #2, well... it doesn't matter for me if the song is at 2 or at 3, it's not so much difference as like between #1 and #2 or... #10 and #11. :heehee:

I used to like Westlife in early 2000s but now they lost their good image for me.

Edited by Arrs

Pixie going against the trend and rising in the albums chart :cheer: the CMO promo only just started on Friday with its masterpiece of a video leaking! Hopefuly it stays on the rise right until after Christmas time so it can really cash in on some more deserved sales.
