Defiantly Ke$ha will be a number one. Great song. Maybe Rihanna and Lady Gaga aswell.

Susan Boyle and Lady Gaga are both (rumoured at the moment) to appear on the X Factor though, meaning they too are part of the X Factor domination. (I know they're always going to do well on their own, but then so was Cheryl, even without her XF performance she would've been #1)

 

Also I heard Rihanna might be performing on November 15th.

I don't see why it's 'very unlikely' - she's releasing two weeks after the XF charity single, and we know how front-loaded XF sales are. If it it sells 300k first week, it'll drop to <150k the week after, then under 100k on week 3 - well within Kesha's sights...

 

Been released onto iTunes, doesn't have a chance at #01 now. Probably Top 3 and stick around for ages, much like Hot N Cold/Disturbia/No Air etc.

It's a shame #1 is now pretty much outta the question for Ke$ha, but at least it should block Miley out of top ten this week :w00t:

Looking at this threads title make me want to PUKE PUKE PUKE! Is it possible to have a chart where it's not full of reality show wannabes?

I'm surprised how well it's doing - some of my mates seem to not know it, so I thought it was only because I'm sad and on this site that I'd heard of it, so chuffed though, I thought it was a bit soon to release, but I have been proven wrong.

I really hope the X factor charity single will dominate the charts for a while. I would be VERY surprised if the winner didn't get the number one spot at Christmas too.

It really interests me how everyone is very urgh about the popstars who just appear on the show to sing their song. I wonder if Top of the Pops was still going - would everyone jump on that for helping stars get higher chart positions? Lets face it - there's only a limited amount of music that TOTP could show....
