It's leaking unreleased tracks onto iTunes before their intended release date (most notably Billionaire and Dynamite, but also Mike Posner's Cooler Than Me)

 

It also includes a track with AC/DC on it, which isn't allowed on request of the band (none of their stuff is available digitally and legally)

It's illegal because they haven't got permission from the record companies to include the tracks.
