I really think deadlock is pointless :/ why do we even have a "judges vote" if nearly every week they're putting it to deadlock, there is no point putting contestants through the sing offs if you're not even going to gain anything from them as it goes back to the original public vote.

No gripes about the result really, Jamie was awful last week and even more awful this week in both his songs, he was on a downward spiral whereas with Lloyd there were slight signs of improvement I didn't think either of his efforts this weekend were that bad so to me Lloyd deserved 1 last shot next week to show the improvement was continuing

I don't think Simon is that bothered losing Jamie reading between the lines in the press they never got on with each other, they were always arguing with the song choices.

I think the final 3 will be Joe, Olly and Stacey now. The public will soon get tired of the Twerps, they seem to be losing their momentum.

I think Danyl, Olly and Stacey actually but we'll see.

If anyone bar Joe or Stacey wins it this year it will be pathetic result

Joe has probably been the best overall and deserves to win as he has been incredibly consistent throughout, Stacey gave one of the best X Factor performances ever on Saturday so deserves the final too

I think if Lloyd goes soon Joe has it in the bag tbh as the teenage girls will switch to him

Its all down to the public votes from next week.

I thought it was public vote at the final 5?

Oh, and from the X Factor website:

£1 from the sale of each single of You Are Not Alone will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, to support the work of the hospital.

I KNEW IT. The single costs £3.99 = 75% in Cowell's pocket. I do wish he wouldn't pretend he cares about charity...

I realised that the act i predicted to win in the first week of this show has left
I was happy enough with the bottom 2 last night, i would have prefered llyod to go as i dont think he is a great singer but he did very well in the sing off. I agree about Dannii, she had the perfect opportunity to be spiteful to simon but like always she held her dignity and voted for what she truly believed was the best singer andi 100% applaud her decision. I think as a judge danni is very fair and very constructive and genuinly votes on the best singer which is what the show is about.

OMG!! REALLY?

DONT buy the single, there are plenty of other ways of donating

I thought it be the final 6 as you have 3 acts in the final

jamie was ALWAYS going to be out, after giving cowell such problems..

jedward will win.... :puke2:

And he was never going to win. A rock male solo artist. There's hardly such a thing. Someone like him should have spent more time being the front man of a band, rather than on a pop show.

Well at least it went up by... 18% on last year's puny 7% :teresa: The same thing happened last year, but nooo... nobody seems to care and pretend they don't have eyes and minds :teresa: Sad...
Surely the money raised by the single that isn't going to charity is solely for production costs? If it isn't just production costs, and Cowell IS keeping some of it then that's SHOCKING... surely there's potential for an OFCOM investigation if they're plugging it as a proper charity single if not all royalties are going to charity?

If it sells 770k again like last year... it'll be way over the million mark, and I'm sure they'll spend all 750k of what SyCo got on production costs... which overall probably won't lead up to more than 200k knowing how bad it is. Half a million in Cowell's pocket...

LMFAO.

The best part is that it's true.
