Yesterday the annual Elëdanese Awards took place. After 2 weeks of voting the tension has grown massively. The nomination stage results are below with the winner of each category bolded.

Out of 5 nominations Owen Pallett has got 4 awards missing only on the best single of the year losing this category to the sensation of the last year - Ólafur Arnalds. Three nominations have been Owen vs Jónsi vs Ólafur which caused some rumours and gossip in these 2 weeks time. Sadly Marina & The Diamonds, the chart STORMER at the moment ccouldn't win the other two nominations, as the best video and the best international single. Jónsi who has been nominated for the awards 5 times this year received only one for the best video, 'Go Do'. And probably one of the most anticipated awards of the year, the best BJSC Award, has gone to Ólafur Arnalds with 'Ljósið' which took place in XXII shockingly finishing at the high 7th position with 117 points.

The confirmation of The Knife for national final for deciding the xxv entry to bjsc turned out to be false. actually no Elëdan Musiik Festival will be held this month. The entry will be chosen by the special jury and revealed few days before confirmation closure.

One more time the format of selecting the xxv entry has been changed. Now, instead of complete not knowing, even an artist, prior to the confirmation, there will be a longlist of 10 bands/singers (only artists, not songs!) out of which the jury will decide the entry for Bjsc:xxv__. The only problem would be is the reservation process. A country can't reserve 10 acts simultaneously so special measures will be taken.

I think you'll find that pattern is exclusive to me and Casey. I'm actually considering checking out for any new material from them for a laugh. I kinda know they wouldn't win though, so I don't want to ruin our epic pattern so far. :(

The main reason that'd stop me from sending them is because trying to continue the pattern would only fail and I kinda like how it's worked until now.

Nobody really noticed that pattern and it was considered as joke but now this has got serious the pattern isn't going to work most likely indeed! :(
