If England don't win the group then the whole squad should retire from international football. We've been given an easy ride (on paper). The USA have a good squad, but it's nothing compared to England's.

Well, probably not, but there will be some surprises and I can't see a World Cup on non-European soil to be so dominated by European teams. I think the Netherlands will do the opposite to what they usually do and grow into the tournament, peaking in the last two rounds.

Looking at this - you did well, getting the final right, but SERIOUSLY over-estimated England (as we all did :(). Nothing wrong with having a bit of confidence, shame it always seems to go to waste though. :(

Wow, I did alright there! Correctly predicted the final, and was within a hand and a crossbar of having 3/4 semi finalists correct. I overpredicted England, France and Italy but I don;t think there was anyone who didn't...
