WTF @ those notes Mariah just did!

Mariah sounding amazing there, didn't know she could still do that thing with her voice :o

Urgh, a performance full of her attempting to hit high notes she can no longer reach and an attempt at whistling at the end which resulted in a scream. Foul woman, I hope nobody buys that single.

Knowing how Simon Cowell regards Mariah Carey as the greatest female singer of all time, makes me realise why he is so deluded to think Danyl was/is it.

 

That was awful, over wailing, oversung noises from a banshee where a melody used to exist on the Foreigner original.

it seemed to me some of that was mimed.

Mariah was just throwing everything at that song and not one bit of it worked, i hope it flops, i hate her fake smile and fake little wave to audience when we really know she is thinking keep these vile people away from me!!!

Susan was of couse fabolous. I still dont consider Wild Horses to be that much of a great song though mind but still, she did brilliantly.

Mariah. Well. What an awful dire song - when I heard the song title I was really hoping there was just a lack of imgination song title wise but nope shes gone and covered the bloody thing. Very baddly may I add. Shame, I was really starting to like her after Obsessed and Loving You Long Time.

The adlibs and high notes were completely perfect. The live parts of that (first verse, second verse, second bridge, all adlibs) were all her best live turnout since at least 2006, perhaps earlier. It was AMAZING.

 

But then again you know no objectivity...

Have you ever seen a Mariah interview? Did you see her on Alan Carr or on last year's Friday Night Project? She's utterly lovely and completely willing to take the piss out of herself.

 

The 'Mariah is such a diva/bitch' criticisms really do make me laugh. So generic, so un-thought out.

Loved Mariahs performance. And to anyone who does think shes up herself seriously do watch her Alan Carr interview. Made me see her in a whole new light. ^_^

If it goes to deadlock and Olly goes I will have no one worth watching. Olly is my only fave left after Lucie went.
