Where to begin! ‘Everytime’ by Britney ‘Because of You’, ‘Sober’, ‘Already Gone’, ‘Cry’, ‘Piece By Piece’, ‘Beautiful Disaster (Live)’, ‘I Don’t Think about You’, ‘The Trouble With Love Is’ + more by Kelly Clarkson ‘Too Little Too Late’ by Jojo ‘My Mistake’ by Gabrielle Aplin ‘Wings’ by Birdy A LOT of Ryan Tedder’s female power ballads! I’ll think of more too… a plethora of Leona ballads also…!

This unfortunately didn't hit for me at all. I really enjoyed the first one but this one seemed a lot more juvenile and catered more towards kids (which doesn't bother me - but I was hoping it'd be a bit more family friendly for adults to also enjoy etc..) I'm not a super-wiz on all things Mario/Nintendo so I won't pretend I know everything (literally know the basic or basic lore), but I was really hoping we'd have seen more Rosalina. She ended up barely being in it </3 Also Bowser's entire arc was an inconsistent and horrible mess. Yoshi was very cute though. It's hard to not smile when he's on screen. I'm glad some of you found enjoyment in it though but yeah, this just fell flat for me. :(

Have either of you lived the life of a black, female popstar? Just because YOU don't see it, doesn't mean stuff she says about it isn't happening. It's a well known fact that black artists (specifically females) have a hard time breaking through and they get a lot of vitriol and hate simply just for existing as a black person. You even said it in your post above that "Taylor is the most white bread... receives criticism for her music", "Ed gets absolutely dragged by pop fans" & "Perrie has been the butt of jokes... for how beige her music has been"... because of their music. They aren't ever attacked because they're white people (being a woman though... that's another conversation and adds another layer to things.) You mention Britney but Britney is a completely unique situation and isn't exclusive to her being a woman and is definitely not because she is white... The acts she has mentioned (herself, Chloe and Normani) have all been subjected to horrendous online abuse and it's her calling out the people who scream "Where are the black artists" but then look over 90% of them when they do release material. It's almost like society can't accept more than two black women succeeding at any time. They always pit them against each other. I don't see anything wrong with what she is saying?

I think 'Sober' has been sent to similar kind of contests before (as well as rates) and iirc, it never does as well as it should :( ("as well as it should" clearly meaning winning by a huge landslide every time)

The Weekend Update was fantastic! The part about how Jesus is the only murdered Palestinian that it's ok to talk about!! Fantastic.

Also the scores may accidentally be full of typos in the results coz I think even Excel would give tens across the board and an 11 to Glitch. So…
