I binged it all last night and really enjoyed it! Some proper funny moments! And just an easy watch too.

Watch it and find out 🤣 Although I'd say the first series is fantastic. 2 and 3 are range from good to excellent. The film for me was a bit meh.

Yeah pretty much my thoughts too! the first 75 ish minutes were a repetitive slog just focussing on Nick and Charlie not really communicating with each other. Both of them became (slightly) irritating by the end, whilst other characters were largely sidelined. I actually think there was probably stuff there that could've made a full series; Tory's realisation of being asexual, Alfie's storyline/ Charlie setting up the safe space etc - not enough time was really dedicated to them, instead it was Nick and Charlie have a disagreement, which is then fixed temporarily by having sex. In fact all the potential interesting side storylines are reduced to 1 or 2 scenes. Its a shame the focus couldn't have been more on the epilogue and the film acting more as a what happened next.

So the last 20-30 minutes were good + I enjoyed the epilogue. I hadn't read the last volume but I think I was expecting things to be more like the epilogue - eg Nick being already at Uni and the film being about them dealing with a long distance relationship, rather than it being the angst leading up to having a long-distance relationship. Some good moments, but repetitive at times, also some characters felt a little under-served by it all... It Might have been good if there been more than 1 chat between Isaac and Tori (for instance).

I'm an hour in... its fairly depressing and feeling like a bit of a chore to watch... kinda draining? Hopefully the last half is a bit more upbeat... EDIT - Its ok they went to Pride; thinks have perked up EDIT EDIT - and that ended in misery
