This Week's Summary

Will.i.am scores a tremendous double this week as he reaches the top of the Artists of the Week Chart and the All-Time Artists Chart after having 3 singles in the Top 20, and an album at #2. 3 Words with Cheryl Cole reaches #2 in the singles chart which gives him the edge over the rest of his Black Eyed Peas friends, who are consequently pushed down to #2 in the All-Time list by Will.i.am himself. Cheryl Cole moves up a massive 3 places in the All-Time list and 4 places in the Weekly list as she takes the first 2 places on the singles chart this week. However, she still lags behind the Black Eyed Peas almost 100 points in the All-Time list. Elsewhere there are new Christmas entries in the Top 10 from Mariah Carey and The Pogues and Kirsty Maccoll at #8 and #10 respectively. Westlife hit #4 with their new album Where We Are, whilst Susan Boyle remains Number 1 with I Dreamed A Dream, but her single of the same name leaves the Number 1 spot and the chart altogether after just 1 week. She also rises 1 place to #4 in the All-Time Artists Chart with 155 points in just 2 weeks. The Sugababes drop out of the All-Time and Weekly lists as About A Girl falls to #5 this week, Lil' Wayne also leaves the All-Time List after a poor showing this week. Lady GaGa enters the All-Time Artists chart at #8 despite The Fame leaving the albums chart, as Bad Romance rose 6 places to #4, but she falls a massive 7 places in the Weekly list, after only claiming just over half of last week's points. Alexandra Burke and FloRida remain in both All-Time and Weekly charts, despite having only released 1 item between them so far, as Bad Boys stays at #3 in the singles chart, accumulating a total of 115 points so far.
