If someone covered Bleeding Love, I'm sure Leona would have an opinion on it.

 

It must be doubly annoying for Miley as she's touring the UK right now :lol:

But the point is that her opinion doesn't matter. If she owned the rights to the song she could prevent it being used. Even if she'd written it but didn't own the rights her opinion might have been taken into account. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with people not writing their own songs. After all, Elvis never wrote anything. But, her opinion on the use of the song is no more relevant than mine when it comes to how and when it is used.

Well, it does matter, cos if she slates X Factor using her song, it will be all over the press, so, actually, it "is" more relevant than your opinion :lol:

Max Clifford was on the radio today and about an hour later Itunes froze and the RATM FB group went missing.

 

Many believe that it is something to do with them that Itunes has frozen.

 

I don't see why it would be frozen for this long.

Thanks for that, but I doubt it is true because as you said, it wouldn't be frozen for this long. The winners single is STILL not available.
