Posted December 28, 200915 yr Abe's Top 25 - Week #1 Week Ending December 20th This is the first official WEEKLY chart by me. Daily was a lot of work and i'm thankful for all the comments but i think that weekly is more fun and shows a better scope of the music i'm listening to. I will do a top 25 and i really hope you guys still like it. No more limits on which songs can make it into my chart. ANY song can make it in and i will use UK / US charts to weight them. I will post another chart very soon since this is using data from last week and i wanna get a headstart so that everythings in full swing by 2010. I use Last.fm to track my plays so these are my most played tracks of the weeks with points added for chart positions and personal ratings. Hope you like!!! I will consider this the first week of 2010 so i can do my year-end chart next year earlier. For the week ending December 20th, Oona's Tore My Heart sailed to no. 1 with 430.000 points. Norah Jones is the only other artist to get more than 300.000 points with Chasing Pirates, which accumulates 325.000 points this week. The Kooks and Alicia Keys have multiple entries from older albums that i listened to the most that week. And for those of you who followed my daily chart, Lady GaGa's Bad Romance was going to get certified 3x platinum. I guess it's just a tragedy of sorts xD. She starts well on the weekly edition, however, as Bad Romance bounces in at no. 5 with 226.500 points. And as for Alejandro, as soon as last.fm releases the plays for the week ending the 27th, i'm sure it will do very well too =).
