When do the official Italian charts get released? Sunday like us?

no idea, there's a thread in the international chart forum which is updated on friday by the looks of things

according to the official top 10, http://www.fimi.it/classifiche_digital.php, last week BEP were #2 while your one says 'ELISA & GIULIANO SANGIORGI - TI VORREI SOLLEVARE' was

 

and that's a different chart to http://acharts.us/italy_singles_top_50/2010/02 as well

 

I think we need to wait until next week where she *should*, fingers crossed, enter the official top 10 on the FIMI site

Looks like the week-end effect is slowly over for now, good!

Big disappointement for the Netherlands though, it peaked at 12 and is now as low as 29 :( I guess it'll re climb though.

Down to #5 in Italy, however I think the chart is tomorrow (11th-17th) so she have done enough to place somewhere in there?

Shame its starting to retreat - hopefully when she goes out to a few of the countries they'll be a big uptake!
