February 27, 201015 yr Why does this Douglas Hodge geezer keep being called the creator of the series? It was created by Terry Nation. All Hodge did was revive the original idea.
April 14, 201015 yr http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/cult/s54/survi...med-by-bbc.html http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/artic...ors-series.html Axed Hardly suprising really. It never quite filled its potential imo, it was fairly enjoyable at times and on the whole was fairly strong but it lacked the element it needed to grab the publics attention. The main characters weren't overly likeable either - Abbi was annoying, Greg was bland and the Tom and Anya storyline was just uninteresting. The series finale was nothing on the first series's one and I cant say the cliffhanger left me really bothered about what happened to Abbi and Peeeeeeteeer.
April 14, 201015 yr Author NO... they can't do that, and leave it up in the air without explaining the cliffhanger, I wait until there is a confirmation in my monthly sci fi mag. Its one of my favourite shows on TV
April 14, 201015 yr Sadly BBC have confirmed it Mikey :( Such a shame they couldn't even manage 6 more episodes to wrap it all up for the 4 million who bothered to watch!
April 14, 201015 yr Author that's a massive shame, I thought they already started filming series 3 though? Well I'm hoping they still do a mini series of some sorts at least to end it and explain the cliffhanger, it seems silly to leave it up in the air, or some other channel to pick it up. I know Douglas Hodge had series 3 in the pipeline.
