Actually it might not be on tonight :unsure: , as Scott Mills has just been talking about Zane's show but there wasn't a mention of the new AM single, but he mentioned he's playing some Killers songs from T In The Park last lear and the next Razorlight single :funky: so..... :wacko: about AM, but its worth the listen if if he doesn't play it.

Well if it is then they've kept it quiet :lol:

Just thought I'd remind you that Zane Lowe is on Radio 1 right now and will be premiering the new single from the Arctic Monkeys 'Leaving Before The Lights Come On' :D

First impressions ^_^ .

 

Its very hard to hear Alex speak because of the drum beat (the drum beat just wants me to shout England after it as its very similr to the da da da da da da da da da da England).

 

I prefer there other singles so far, but i'm pretty sure it'll grow on me a lot more.

My first impression :dancing: :

 

It's definitely more of a grower than their other ones, I actually prefer the live version and I'm not sure on some of the lyric changes ("all the lust that was brewing" to "all that was brewing" I think it was..) and they didn't make the most of the bit at the end which could have been a sing-a-long but I do like the song still. :D

But I agree, I do kinda like the live versions better, but this is growing on me.

There will also be two cover songs included on the release and though they are yet to be confirmed, we know one will be an old song and the other a track by one of their favourite groups."
