Olly Murs (remember him?) is still waiting for Robbie's call

Robbie Williams,Olly Murs, the fairytale is OVAH ,oh no, it's another X Factor story. We know what it's like to wait by the phone for a moderately attractive man to call - although, admittedly, in these days of mobile technology, waiting by the phone is a little less restrictive than it used to be - and we know from sad, bitter experience that it's probably time for Olly Murs to give up now.

We don't doubt that it must be hard for him to accept that the deep and meaningful friendship he thought he had with Robbie Williams was of the fairweather variety, but by mentioning it now, he's just mugging himself.

"I'm a bit disappointed Robbie hasn't been in touch," he moans, while taking his phone apart and putting it back together six times, phoning the network to check for problems, refreshing his Facebook every five seconds and then dropping to the floor in tears like a big sad baby. "I texted him to say Happy New Year and congratulations on getting engaged but heard nothing back. His phone must be dead."

And it gets worse (but simultaneously even funnier for us) - apparently Simon Cowell hasn't been in touch either. But last time we checked he was jet-skiing his way around the Caribbean, so maybe he's just been eaten by sharks or something. Yes, that must be it.

How unfortunate. It does seem a bit rude of Rob not to respond, but I wouldnt be suprised if this was made up  It is even more dissapointing for Olly that Simon has not been in touch.

What do these people expect .... :)

Robbie collects things & then he forgets that he has them ....Olly was just another addition to his collection -_- wellcome to the real world Olly ^_^

Robbie Williams has more than a hint of grey in his hair as he 'walks' his dogs in LA

Daily Mail

http://i48.tinypic.com/53raiv.jpg

Robbie Williams looking quite silver-haired as he walked his dogs in Los Angeles at the weekend.

The popstar had definite streaks of grey in his locks as he strolled through a park in Studio City carrying one of his pets in a rucksack.

Hopefully his recent proposal to girlfriend Ayda Field is not the reason for his dashing, but rather sudden, salt and pepper hairstyle.

A novel way to walk the dogs: Robbie Williams carries one of his pets in his bag as he strolls through a park in Studio City, LA

Robbie, 35, who recently returned to the UK music scene with his new album Reality Killed The Video Star, looked tired as he strolled in sports wear alongside his dog walkers.

He is a known dog fan and, when he moved to the UK last year, spent thousands of pounds visiting them each month.

At last count he had eight dogs and among his animals are a labrador/retriever/pitbull crossbreed, a German Shepherd called Rudy, a bull mastiff called Duke, a wolf called Sid and a Rottweiler called Missy.

He has even written on his blog about letting his dogs, and their doggy mates, splash around in his swimming pool

TAKE THAT AND ROBBIE WILLLIAMS REUNITED FOR HAITI SONG

Daily Star

TAKE That and Robbie Williams will get together to produce the charity song to help survivors of the Haiti earthquake.

Robbo, 35, is tipped to join his old bandmates to sing on Everybody Hurts, organised by X Factor judge Simon Cowell.

Music industry insiders said the collaboration could turn the hit into the biggest-selling single of all time. It will be the first time the group have recorded a single together since Robbie left the band in 1995.

Gary Barlow, 39, Mark Owen, 37, Jason Orange, 39, and Howard Donald, 41, are said to be lined up to do the cover of the REM classic. A spokesman for Robbie said: “He’s been approached.”

A music insider said last night: “A Take That reunion would give this CD massive selling power and help it make loads of money for Haiti. There’s no animosity between the boys at all and, although they went their separate ways in the mid 90s, they never ruled out getting back in the recording studio at some point."

“This would be a great opportun-ity for them to help out and it would be a real coup for Simon Cowell.” Cowell, 50, has vowed to get the single out as soon as possible.

Other top acts confirmed to sing include Rod Stewart, 65, Cheryl Cole, 26, boyband JLS and X Factor winners Leona Lewis, 24, and Alexandra Burke, 21. Canadian singer Michael Bublé, 34, James Morrison, 25, and You’re Beautiful singer James Blunt, 36, say they are also taking part.

To smash records, the track would have to sell more copies than Elton John’s 1997 tribute to Princess Di, which racked up 4.7million sales. On downloads it would have to beat 23-year-old Lady GaGa’s recent smash Poker Face, downloaded by 900,000 Brits. Music guru Gennaro Castaldo, of HMV, said: “It’s going to be one of the biggest singles of the last five to 10 years."

“This single has great potential, not just in terms of raising money, but also in giving the people of Haiti our emotional support.”

Dancing On Ice skater Heather Mills, 42, has appealed for people to send in false limbs and crutches so she can get them shipped out to the Caribbean.

Blur’s Damon Albarn, 41, and the Arctic Monkeys are auctioning a specially written piece of music and a guitar on an Oxfam eBay site.

Last night the Help For Haiti Now telethon took place simultaneously in LA, New York and London.

Tracks from it will be released on iTunes, with all the cash raised going to the appeal.

Robbie, Take That 'reuniting' for Haiti

RTE.ie

Robbie Williams is reportedly set to be reunited with Take That on Simon Cowell's charity single for Haiti.

Speaking to The Sun, Williams said: "I'm very honoured to be asked to contribute to the single. We can all do something to help the people of Haiti - and I urge everyone to do what they can."

Williams and Take That are expected to record their vocals in Los Angeles, which will be the first time since 1995 that Williams has featured on a record with his former bandmates.

However, the extent of the 'reunion' is currently unclear as they may decide to record separately and have their voices mixed together later.

Meanwhile, Kylie Minogue has also reportedly agreed to take part following an approach from Cowell.

A source told The Mirror: "Simon's delighted. Kylie's shown a real depth of understanding of what the single is all about. She's one of the biggest stars to say yes so far. It's a real coup."

The song, a cover of REM's 'Everybody Hurts', is being recorded to raise funds following Haiti's recent earthquake disaster.

Kylie's shown a 'real depth of understanding' about what the single is all about.

Errrrrrr, raising money for earthquake victims in Haiti?

I know, it's silly having people like Joe singing with global stars - they should just have people who are knows around the world so it sells huge volumes everywhere. Although the line up is pretty bad tbh, I expect Jedward to be added next

I expect the classic that is Everybody Hurts to be ruined by big choirs and key changes as that is all Cowell knows.

George Clooney's Telethon raised a huge amount of money and loads of celebs gave 1 million each. Alot more would be raised if some of the mega rich involved in this did something similar, although I supose for all we know they have. -_-

COULD IT BE MAGIC AGAIN?

The Sun

TAKE THAT have secretly met ROBBIE WILLIAMS to work on songs for a full-scale reunion.

And as they made plans to recapture their old chart-topping magic, a source said: "All the signs are looking good. It's great news for the fans."

Robbie, 35, spent more than five hours in a Los Angeles studio on Tuesday working on songs with his ex-bandmates. It came 15 years after he quit the hit group in bitter circumstances.

Together ... band in 1993He was seen hugging old pals GARY BARLOW, 39, MARK OWEN, 38, JASON ORANGE, 39, and HOWARD DONALD, 41, as they left the US session.

The source said: "They're using this time in LA to start working together as a band again.

"They were delighted with Tuesday's session and were congratulating each other as they left."

Last September Robbie joined his former bandmates - with whom he made 1992 hit Could It Be Magic - for Mark's New York stag do.

But despite being seen in a studio then, they did not concentrate on writing songs.

The source added: "In New York they threw some ideas around but didn't really push ahead with new material.

"It was Mark's stag do, so there were lots of sore heads. But they're using this LA time together to crack on with reunion songs."

Gary and Robbie linked up at last year's BBC Children in Need Rocks concert. A band spokesman said last night: "Take That didn't go to LA with plans to officially write or record with Robbie, but they've been hanging out together, which is great."

ROBBIE WILLIAMS is to release his track Morning Sun as the 2010 Sport Relief charity single.

The song will be out on March 8 and the Sport Relief weekend starts on March 19.

Robbie said: "Please join us in helping this very worthwhile cause."

All profits go to the charity.

Yawn  Never though I'd be in agreement with the 3AM bitches but I think they are spot on with this article. The whole thing simply could not get more boring. How I wish they had got it out of the way years ago.

Does Anyone Care About A Robbie Williams and Take That reunion?

3am

We're risking the wrath of teenage girls thirty year old women everywhere, but the rumours surrounding Take That and Robbie Williams are starting to get on our tits.

Yes, if they did record a song together it would probably be quite good, but a three-minute track is not worth years of stringing along.

It’s just been too will-they-won’t-they-oh-they-nearly-did-but-not-quite-but-will-actually-do-it-this-time for our liking.

And it’s happening again. A very secretive secret source has revealed: “In New York they threw some ideas around but didn't really push ahead with new material.

"It was Mark's stag do, so there were lots of sore heads. But they're using this LA time together to crack on with reunion songs."

Don’t get us wrong, we rang the helpline when they split and everything, but the anti-climax following the Children In Need gig in November – when Robbie basically hugged Gary and sang a couple of Hey Jude lines – left us struggling to care anymore.

Now, we just find all the reunion hints and tip offs highly annoying. It just stinks of a publicity stunt.

eel free to rip us into shreds below...
