January 7, 201015 yr Nice one Brayfish :D I have to echo PeterB: where ISN'T "Poker face" number one?! :P
January 8, 201015 yr Author Updated the post at the bottom of page 3 to a top 501 (#499 is a 3 way tie). Exactly 501 songs passed the 50 points mark, and there are tons more songs that charted this year that aren't on that list, but I'll work on them later  I wrote the '09 peaks for 201-300, but couldn't be arsed after that. January 8, 201015 yr Author Updated the post again, the full top 740 is now there. :drama: My fingers need a rest
January 8, 201015 yr #34) THE PRODIGY – OMEN [#4]1,355 points // 21 weeks 8-4-11-12-16-15-19-21-26-31-36-41-40-30-41-51-59-63-58-88-x(9)-96-x The Omen peaked at #3?
January 8, 201015 yr so the most unsuccessful charting single of the year was Lose Control by Waldo's People :o :snif: it's still my ringtone a year on
January 8, 201015 yr Author Updated the post one final time to make it more consistent and just generally a bit better looking. The Omen peaked at #3? Nope, it only made #4 :( so the most unsuccessful charting single of the year was Lose Control by Waldo's People :o :snif: it's still my ringtone a year on  Well, it's a six way tie, but yes, Waldo's People is one of them ;o It's just alphabetically last is all. The least successful charting single which has no exact matches points wise is Michael Jackson/Janet Jackson - Scream. Edited January 8, 201015 yr by BrayFish
January 8, 201015 yr Author How peculiar, I just realised I've completely left off Kings Of Leon's Revelry (#206)! :drama: Gonna have to update the post again =/ Edited January 8, 201015 yr by BrayFish
January 8, 201015 yr Yes Brayfish your fingers need a rest :) Thanks for taking the time to compile the chart :) :)
January 8, 201015 yr do you know, i'd love to see an all time 1952-2010 top 1000, hmmmmm get typing Difficult to do as the UK chart has continually changed size, starting with a top 12 in 1952, going up to top 20, then 30 and 50 and finally 75, not to mention the weeks when the chart was reduced in size because of strikes during the 70's. Thus it would give singles charting whilst the chart was a top 75 an unfair advantage over those charting whilst it was only top 20 etc. Edited January 8, 201015 yr by fiesta
