The News Of The World obtained a copy of the documentation which was updated on August 31 by medical examiner Christopher Rogers to give the cause of death as "homicide". Jackson died from "acute Propofol intoxication" due to an "intravenous injection by another", he concluded. The original death certificate, issued less than a fortnight after Jackon's passing in June, did not give a cause of death. A source said that the Jackson family are "keeping faith with the police", adding: "We still feel that there is more than one person responsible for Michael's tragic death. Joe won't give up on getting justice for his son and a lawuit is his focus."
