A special "Glee" episode aired on the Oprah Winfrey Show yesterday with the entire cast.

Oprah also showed the real-life Glee club that inspired the show and invited the members in the studio. The John Burroughs Powerhouse performed an amazing "Vogue" performance inspired to the Marie Antoinette version that Madonna set-up for the MTV Awards in 1990, with a snippet of "4 Minutes" in the final - all coreographed by "Reinvention" dance captain Zach Woodle.

Sue Sylvester's Vogue video has premiered

The world premiere of Sue Sylvester's (Jane Lynch) 'Vogue' video has premiered of Glee tonight, The three-minute video premiere, has debuted one week before it airs as part of 'The Power of Madonna' episode on Tuesday 20 April 20 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Sure to be a fan favorite, GLEE’s 'Vogue' features Sue, Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) in an homage to Madonna with a brilliant shot-by-shot re-creation of the groundbreaking music video. In 'The Power of Madonna' episode, airing Tuesday 20 April (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), Mr. Schuester is concerned that the girls in the glee club are being disrespected and bullied by the male members. Looking to Madonna and her musical message of equality as inspiration, he challenges the entire team to choose Madonna songs as their next assignment in the hopes that the girls embrace Madonna’s strength, independence and confidence so that the guys will see the errors of their misogynistic ways. The glee club takes the assignment to heart and performs some of the Material Girl’s greatest hits, including 'Express Yourself' and 'Like a Prayer.' Meanwhile, Kurt and Mercedes give Sue a vote of confidence with a Madonna makeover that is definitely in 'Vogue.'

''The most powerful I've ever felt in my life''

The "Glee" club is taking next week's "The Power of Madonna" episode, airing April 20, very seriously.

Not only are they performing songs like "Vogue," but they also made their own shot-by-shot re-creation of the iconic video, starring Cheerios Coach Sue Sylvester, which premiered online on Tuesday night. "I do the 'Vogue' video in the Madonna episode, and we replicated everything down to the set pieces, the hairpieces, the wardrobe, the lighting," Jane Lynch revealed to MTV News earlier this week at the party for the "Glee" spring premiere.

"It's in black and white, and you're gonna love it. It's amazing." And while it is surprising to see Sue Sylvester in anything but her signature track suit, she found a way to make sure she gets the best of both worlds elsewhere in the episode. "Oh, yeah, the cone bra, the Gaultier bra, I wear that in one scene. And it's the most powerful I've ever felt in my life," she dished. "Well, you know what, I wore the cone bra with the track suit, so it worked. It was a win, win."

Not only will Lynch be channeling her inner Madge, she promises that she'll also be just as scary as ever for the rest of the season. "She terrorizes everybody, still. She gets inappropriate with a bunch of guys. There's a lot of sexual blackmail," she explained. "She does a little singing with Olivia Newton John. She gets put in her place in a very interesting, cruel way by Mr. Will Schuester himself. He gets kind of rough with her, and he really hurts her feelings."

From Madonna.com

Madonna commenting on the episode said, “I think Mr. Schuester is very cute, and I’m glad he’s doing such a good job empowering all the girls.”

“This episode is our love letter to Madonna, an artist who has inspired me all my life. The hardest part was having to choose which songs to include from her incredible catalogue, as there were so many we wanted to do,” said GLEE executive producer and co-creator Ryan Murphy.

“We send her our thanks for her generosity with her music.”

Madonna Rates Glee's All-Madonna Episode: ''Brilliant''

Thumbs way up from Madonna -- and Lourdes, too! The Material Girl caught a sneak peek the upcoming "Power of Madonna" episode of Fox's Glee, in which McKinley High's Glee Club reinterprets Madonna's classic songs of female empowerment.

Madonna, 51, tells UsMagazine.com exclusively what she thought of the tribute:"I thought the Madonna episode of Glee was brilliant on every level. The dialogue and the entire script was genius. I completely appreciated the layers of irony, especially when all those macho boys sang 'What It Feels Like For A Girl.

'I also loved the fantastic performances of 'Vogue,' 'Express Yourself' and all the messages about the boys being respectful to girls. The entire cast was amazing. They're all so talented. I especially loved Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) and Kurt Hummel's (Chris Colfer) characters. [show creator] Ryan Murphy did a great job bringing all these elements together.

[Daughter] Lola loved the show too. I wish I went to a high school like that...If only."

Vogue (video) has entered the US Itunes to top 40. Several tracks led by Like A Prayer (song) have entered the US Itunes top 1000

''Glee's'' Madonna album eyes No. 1 on U.S. chart

The kids from Fox TV's "Glee" could earn their first No. 1 on the U.S. pop album chart next week with "The Power of Madonna" soundtrack. The companion album from the show's same-named episode, which aired Tuesday to much fanfare, has a shot at selling in the range of 100,000 to 125,000 copies by week's end on May 1, according to industry prognosticators. Final data will be issued on Wednesday. The best week for a "Glee" set was racked when its "Season One, The Music Volume 2" soundtrack began at No. 3 with 173,000 last December. From Billboard.

EW: Another ''Glee'' Madonna episode in the works

Still humming Madonna tunes after last night's "Power of Madonna" episode? Keep it up, Gleeks. You're not the only one, which is exactly why reports of a sequel have already arrived! Entertainment Weekly confirms that "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy has spoken with Madonna's camp - regarding the show's next Madge-based episode - and a follow-up is already in the works. "Madonna and her people are into it and want it to happen," Ryan told EW. The next Madonna episode would be ready for air early next season, and Ryan plans to integrate six more Madonna classics into round two. Fans might even have a say in which ones if he sticks with his plan to use a poll on Fox.com. After bizarre reports surfaced last week that Madonna did not know what "Glee" is, rest assured that she most certainly does, along with the 13.5 million viewers who tuned in last night.

Jane Lynch: ''Vogue is a highlight''

Glee star Jane Lynch has revealed that her performance of "Vogue" was an experience she will never forget. Lynch recorded the track and recreated its iconic video for the Madonna-themed episode in the show's first season. "Making that Madonna video was such a labour of love and probably a highlight in my life that I'll always look back on", she told RTÉ Ten. "I know it was Ryan Murphy's dream come true to make that and everyone worked so hard on the video - we had more production meetings for that particular number than anything else in Glee." She added: "We started working on it last December, all through Christmas and didn't shoot it until March. It took me every day to get those dance moves right. "I understand that she released a statement saying she was very happy with the whole episode and so she should be, it was homage to her."
