what ae your opinion on tracks by dannii or kylie that have been covered by others,whether released or performed at concerts,also what songa have you herad been covered and what did they sound like?

i dont know any of dannii tracks that have been covered by anyone and know afew done of kylie;s

covered and recorded on an album by an irish artist who is fairly well known here in ireland called jack l

its truly awful,its a really slow acoutic version of the song and it really really destroys the song its very un appealing in masses

this has been done live,and its not badmits a lively enough performance and they do an ok job on it,its my second faveourite of the covers i have heard

this was done at glastonbury where the coldplpay dont it as good wish for kylie and did it for the fans of kylie who were there,its a good version and very catchy its weird hearing it sung by men but for me chris pulled it off and it went down very well with the audience and is bt far my faveourite cover version of a kylie song

im not a big fan of the leads singers voice and it lacks the magic of the original or the magic coldplay put into the song

 

coldplay would be the only cover version of this song i would but if released

better the devil you know by steps

 

oh how they ruined it,steps done what they did very well pure out and out cheese pop,but they really slipped up with this forgettable cover version,it was very waek production and vert stripped down and the voice just didnt suit it,wheni heard they were releasing a cover i thought this ownt be good but it was far worse than i expected

now im sure sure who recorded this first kylie or hazel dean but i prefered kylie's version,hazel did an ok job on it but it didnt have the kick kylie's version has,i think hazel released this at some stage

sophie lawrence

 

covered kylie's rhythm of love track secrets but it flopped big time,sophie b hawkins had a very stuffy throat sounding voice which i didnt really like but in general this wasnt to bad of a cover version,i didnt expect to flop as big as it did

jose gonzalez hand on your heart

 

well i just knew i would hate this i i dont like jose gonzalez style of music to start with,i am interested to see how this will chart next week it could do ok as he had a big hit with heartbeats

sisiters of mercy confide in me

 

i downloaded this ages ago to see what its like and i do have to say i enjoyed this rocky version quite alot,its very different but appealing in a different way and would be one of my overall faveourite kylie cover versions

thats all the cover version si think i have heard i dont really of any others but if you do know of others please fill me in on who covered what and what they are like

which songs do you think down the road of kylie's or dannii;s could be covered by another artist

 

cant get you out of my head is almostcertain at some stage in the future i think and of her slower songs i wouldnt be shocked to see dance versions of breathe or slow getting full on dance remixes by another artist in the future.
