January 29, 201015 yr Well your Itunes TOP 10 Live RSS Feed on homepage is not correct. It's not giving the correct chart positions Here is the official ITUNES RSS FEED GENERATOR http://ax.itunes.apple.com/rss My guess is your browser is caching the page rather then reloading it. Press Ctrl and F5 on the page to reload the page with the latest version.
January 29, 201015 yr as above, the data should be correct and has been the times I have checked it against the live feed. I suspect this is caching in your browser; maybe your work has set an auto cache timeout period as unusual if it was on your home PC. What browser are you using?
January 29, 201015 yr Author Its definatly not a caching problem, as have checked with several different browsers IE8, mozilla, chrome This is the OFFICIAL ITUNES TOP 10 UK feed, as from the itunes rss generator It's updated constantly, you can even check the dates/time beside the song names! (although the time is 1hr behind, maybe hosted in another country) Here: http://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSt...44/limit=10/xml also forwarded the link for the itunes rss generator above Edited January 29, 201015 yr by mulkman

The RSS feed of http://ax.phobos.apple.com.edgesuite.net/W...limit=0/rss.xml and the homepage are exactly the same to me. You do realise Buzzjack has it's own iTunes threads with members constantly posting the latest info? Currently -> http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...0&start=900 We have learnt that the newest iTunes data comes from using the iTunes software as often the RSS is 30 minutes or more delayed.
January 29, 201015 yr Author It is definatly wrong, as currently If We Ever Meet Again (feat. Katy Perry) - Timbaland Do You Remember - Jay Sean, Sean Paul & Lil Jon have been in the top 10 now for atleast more than a day PROOF: http://www.apple.com/euro/itunes/charts/top10songs.html (which is catergorised daily)

January 29, 201015 yr yes was going to mention this. Our top 10 is the true top 10 and includes so called "explicit" songs. For example the RATM (Rage Against the Machine) song I believe was explicit and would not have been on the above chart even though it was #1.

That shows only songs without explicit lyrics. So it misses out on: 4. Starstrukk (feat. Katy Perry) - 3OH!3 10. Young Forever (feat. Mr. Hudson) - Jay-Z and adds 11. If We Ever Meet Again (feat. Katy Perry) - Timbaland 12. Do You Remember - Jay Sean, Sean Paul & Lil Jon Edited January 29, 201015 yr by Ricky
